Get Your Greens!

The "fitness bug" is still kicking. We had an intense workout on this 
day so we decided to get those greens out the fridge and whip up an after workout meal.

 We all love a good green smoothie so here is our spin on the ever so popular green machine, as well as a caesar spinach salad on the side. Enjoy!

* 1 Whole Mango
*1 Whole Banana
* Chopped Pineapple Pieces
* 2 Whole Kiwis
*Squeeze 1/2 Lemon
* 2 Handful of Spinach 
*** (for protein couple splashes of egg whites)


 * Pre-made Caesar Kit
 * 2 Handfuls of Spinach 
 * 1/2 Chopped red onion
 * 1 Whole chopped tomato
 * 1 Sliced cucumber
 * 3 Boiled eggs
* Caesar or Italian Dressing
* 2 Pieces of Grilled Chicken Breast 

These were just our spin on these recipes. Feel free to re-create, add-in, or make up your own. After all,  the best thing about food is that we all can create something different. So just have fun!
