A NEW START WITH FOOD FOOD & MORE FOOD!

So where have we been? One word life! It's been hard trying to keep up with youtube and the blog. We are very picky and meticulous when it comes to what content we feature on the blog, so you can understand why trying to stay consistent on here can be difficult at times. We want all our post to be supported with good content, not just fluff to fill the page. So here's to kicking off the SisterAv once again with the one thing we know best.....FOOD!

Spinach Stuff Shells 

This is one of our favorite dishes to make. It's Simple, Easy And QUICK! 
  • Barilla Jumbo Shells ( 2 packs)
  • 15oz Ricotta Cheese (2 containers)
  • 1 Jar of Prego Italian Sauce 
  • About 2 cups of chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup of mozzarella chess
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and Peper to taste


Step 1: Mix 2 15oz containers of ricotta cheese with one egg , 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, chopped spinach,  1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, salt & pepper (to taste).

Step 2: Start Layering. Begin by spreading Prego tradition Italian sauce on the bottom of the dish. Next Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and spinach onto of the sauce.  
Step 3: Next, take cooked jumbo shells and stuff with the ricotta mixture from step 1. Then begin layering stuffed shells onto of the italian sauce.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 2 & 3 until you reach the tip of the baking dish.                              
Step 5: Layer top of dish with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and enjoy.
